1.The Trueroots true talk-a-thon plan is being offered by TATA Communications (America) Inc. ("Tata Communications") at $19.99 + taxes/month.
Up to Calling 1200 minutes for through toll numbers called or up to 900 minutes for through toll free numbers called to India from US
On purchasing the "true talk-a-thon" plan, you can talk for up to 1200 minutes for through toll numbers called or 900 minutes for through toll free numbers called to India without worrying about recharging, as this plan is auto recharge enabled. If you exceed the 1200 minutes for toll number or 900 minutes for toll free number, you would not be able to call further using that plan for that month (period of 30 days). At the end of the 30 days, your credit card will be automatically debited by 19.99$ + taxes and you will be able to talk up to 1200 minutes for toll numbers called or 900 minutes for toll free numbers called to India for the next 30 days.
2.Call charges to remaining countries (i.e., calls made to countries other than India) remain the same as provided in the trueroots website. This can be viewed at www.trueroots.us/calling/rates
3.The number of minutes detailed above for calling India are available only for calls originating from the U.S.
4.Subscribers that purchase the offers described above are bound by these terms and conditions as well as by the privacy policy and all other terms and conditions applicable to use of the trueroots service, available at the trueroots website (http://www.trueroots.us). All incidental costs, taxes and levies related to the offer will be borne by the customer.
5.TATA Communications reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify the offer at its sole discretion as may be required by business requirements or governmental authorities and all such changes shall be binding on the eligible subscriber without any prior communication / notice. To the extent that Tata Communications cancels, discontinues, or prematurely withdraws the offer within Subscriber's twelve (12) month period, Subscriber shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the offer only through the cancellation, discontinuance, or withdrawal date.
6.The offer is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances. No substitution or refund nor exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or any other benefit except what is provided as offer benefit shall be provided under any circumstances. This offer cannot be requested / combined with any other offer or promotion made by TATA Communications.
7.Subscribers to these offers shall not initiate any chargeback for the amount of recharge/payment; in case the same is done all the charges related to the chargeback will be borne exclusively by the eligible subscriber.
8.These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of New York. Each party irrevocably agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of New York over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with this Agreement or the legal relationships established by this Agreement
