Trueroots from Tata Communications has partnered with Sab se Bolo to provide Audio Conferencing to its customers. This allows customers to talk to upto 10 families, friends or associates in India by paying no extra charges. The customer can access this service by dialing the short code 123 or 124 instead of destination number and enter his own unique lifetime conference ID and password on the audio bridge.

A trueroots customer would be given two options:
1.On dialing 123, the customer would be charged @ 6.9c/min. Here a 15-30 second advertisement would be played.
2.On dialing 124, the customer would be charged @ 7.9c/min. Here no advertisement would be played.
Each customer has been sent an Audio Conferencing ID and PIN password via e-mail . This is a customer's unlimited unique Audio Conferencing ID. If you haven't received the mail, please contact us at customer.care@trueroots.us
1. Dial the access number for trueroots.
2. Select the language option and then enter your 12 digit PIN number (not required if calling from a registered phone)
3. Dial 123 ( or 124 ) on hearing the prompt for the destination number. You would be connected to the audio conferencing bridge.
4. Ask your relatives to dial in at any one of these numbers. Please share your conference details with them once so that they can use it to logon to the bridge.
Share your unique lifetime conference ID and password with your relatives and friends and also share the time you wish them to conference with them.

At the IVR prompt, ask them to enter the conference ID and password. Once everyone you wish to talk to are on the bridge, just go ahead and start talking!
You don't have to pay anything extra for the conferencing service. You just have to pay the normal call rates of trueroots ( @6.9c/min ) for the conferencing service if you dial 123. The call rates are the same if you call via toll free / local access numbers
If you dial 124, the per minute charges are @7.9c/min. The call rates are the same if you call via toll free / local access numbers.
There are no additional charges over and above this for using the audio conferencing bridge.
For example, if you speak to 5 of your friends in India over the bridge, you only pay for calling to the short code 123 ( or 124 ). You can thus speak to many at the price of one. Your relatives bear the cost of dialing into the local bridge.
