1. How do I enjoy the special rates to call Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman or Iran?

In the TrueMidEast Plan, trueroots introduces "TrueMidEast Plan" plan - Now call various countries like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Iran through local access number at attractive rates.

Customers who subscribe for "TrueMidEast Plan" $10 pack are eligible to call Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Iran through local access number at the rates mentioned above.

There are two ways customer can transact on trueroots.

Please note:

One needs to buy this product at $10. You may recharge the account multiple times , and all recharge amounts will be valid for 1 year from the date of last recharge. If you decide not to recharge your account during the initial 12-month term, any Talktime Value remaining at that time will be forfeited. If you do recharge your account and, any Talktime Value remaining 1 year from the date of last recharge will be forfeited.

2. How many minutes will I get?

You will get 100% amount of $10 for calling.

Further you can recharge the same account before the expiry of initial validity of 12 months with $5, $10, $20, $50, or $100.

3. Who can avail themselves of this offer?

This offer is available to existing U.S. trueroots subscribers as well as new U.S. trueroots registrations.

4. What is offer duration?

Purchase is open from November 12, 2011 9:00 AM (EST) to November 30, 2011 9:00 AM (EST)..

Recharge need to be carried out within next 12 months from the date of your initial purchase

5. What happens when initial product talk time ($10) ends/is about to expire?

As soon as you near the expiry of initial validity (12 months from the date of purchase) and/or initial product talk time ($10) end, we request you to recharge the same account with $5, $10, $20, $50, or $100; enjoy 100% talk time at special reduced rates for the next 1 year to call Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Iran from the date of last recharge.

Any initial product talk time ($10) remaining after completion of initial validity (12 months) will be forfeited unless you recharge your account before expiration of that initial 12 month period.

One can recharge the product multiple times and enjoy the special reduced calling rates to India for the next 1 year from the date of last recharge.

Any product talk time remaining after completion of recharge validity (1 year from the date of last recharge) will be forfeited.

6. How do I buy this product?

If you are a new customer or an existing trueroots customer:

• Sign up and join the trueroots family.
• Please click on the TrueMidEast Plan banner on the home page. You will be redirected to the promotion page wherein you need to click on the Buy option
• Please select the 10$ pack and fill the required details and confirm the same
• Within seconds you'll receive a detailed mail from us with your account ID

7. I already have balance in my existing account. Can I buy the "$10 product plan"?

Yes, why not.

But please note that:

• One needs to buy a separate account
• The balance in existing account cannot be used for buying the "$10 product plan".
• Your existing balance will remain intact (unless you use it to make calls).

8. I've already enrolled myself for Auto Recharge. Is that applicable for the TrueMidEast Plan- $10 product plan too?

You need to enroll again for auto recharge under the "TrueMidEast Plan - $10 product plan". The auto recharge functionality shall top up the account

The auto recharge you have enrolled earlier will take care of low balance in your main regular account ONLY.

9. I have bought the "TrueMidEast Plan - $10product plan" and the initial 6-month product talktime/initial validity is about to expire. I need a grace period. Will I get some waiting time to keep my remaining minutes after the 6 month period ends before I recharge it?

No. As soon as you near expiration of initial validity, we request you to recharge the same account with $5, $10, $20, $50, or $100; enjoy 100% talk time and special reduced rates for the next one year to call Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Iran from the date of last recharge.

10. I have bought the "TrueMidEast Plan - $10product plan". I don't like it anymore. Can I get a refund?

Sorry. We will not be able to entertain any refund for the "TrueMidEast Plan - $10product plan".

11. I am going to UK/Canada/Hongkong/Singapore/France/Germany. Can I use this product there too?

Yes. Roaming on this product is allowed. Although special low rates will apply, rates for the "$10 product plan" vary from country-to-country.

12. What is the validity of minutes which I received under "TrueMidEast Plan - $10 product plan"?

The validity period of minutes will be 12 months from the date of subscription and one year date of last recharge.

13. Can I call other countries using the "TrueMidEast Plan - $10 product plan"?

Yes. However, rates to different countries (and the available talk time amount) shall vary.

14. I am an existing trueroots customer and want to avail of the TrueMidEast Plan - $10 product plan? Do I need to open a new account or the talktime value shall get credited in my existing account?

Yes. Existing trueroots customer need to open a new account. They can register by transacting on www.trueroots.us or by calling CC # 1-866-503-8765 as explained in Ans # 6.
