A. Truerewards is an expression of gratitude for patrons who have stood by our side and contributed to our success. There are 3 membership tiers - platinum, gold and silver. The tier of each customer would depend on usage and topups on a monthly basis. Basis the tier, there would be points given each time an account is used or topped up by the customer.
A. Depending on the membership tier, you get points each time you use your trueroots account or topup. This is automatically calculated by our systems. At the end of every months, these points are converted into $, and automatically credited to your account.
